GAME SUMMARIES
The A team defeated the Raytown South Cardinals 40-14. The Mustangs had their best half of football racing out to a 32-0 lead. Touchdowns by N. Thomas, S. Medina, C.Oliver, and D. Harrell helped the team tremendously. The defense also bounced back from last week and giving up a late touchdown to set the tone for the night! The coaches were really happy that so many players were able to play "up" in game 1. Great way to build depth...but more importantly...better for the student athlete!
The B team defeated Raytown South 30-0. It was a complete team effort. The defense has not allowed a point all year...and the offense had their best night all season! Touchdowns by Fothergill, Dillingham, Pierro and Hedberg led the charge for the Mustangs! The defense had a key fourth down stop inside the 3 yard line to preserve the shutout!
C GAME
The C team will compete against Nowlin on Thursday, October 2nd! Good luck to them as they fight hard for the victory!

HOG: Joel Stevens (Did his job on the left side of the Oline)
SCOUT TEAM: Ben Watson (doesn't back down...perfect snaps....total team player)
SCHOLAR ATHLETE: Wyatt Thompson (in the classroom or on the field...it doesn't matter!)
IMPACT: Olivia Little (Does everything 1,000 mph and gets the job done! Well done!)
