If you can have your son here by 7:00-7:15, that would be great. Here is a checklist that includes everything you will need on Tuesday:
- Physical on file in the office
- Concussion Form on file in the office
- $25 Participation fee turned into the office
- Shorts and T-shirt with last name on the front (Last year's PE shirt would be perfect)
- Tennis shoes on Tuesday and cleats beginning on Wednesday
- Water
- $20 for a girdle (This is a piece of football equipment your son can keep as he moves on to play at North)
AUGUST 24 -- Mustang Night at LSN
We will be having "Mustang Night" at North's home opener on the 24th. We will ride a bus from Campbell to North and Monetti's will provide pizza for the boys. We will have a section in the stands for our players and form a tunnel on the field for the North players to run through. Mustang players will wear their jerseys to the game and be recognized at half-time. This is a big night for our kids!!!! You will need to provide a ride home for your son that night. I will touch base with you as that date approaches.
Fantasy Football League
For any parents who are Fantasy Football geeks like myself, I am going to run a league for us. Depending upon how many are interested, the entry fee will be around $40. So, if we have a 12 player league, there will be $480 in the pot. The winner will receive a $50 gift card from Monetti's Italian Restaurant and a $50 gift card to our Campbell school store. The rest of the proceeds will go towards feeding our boys at our "Mustang Night" on the 24th. Let me know if you are interested. It's just another fun way to get involved in your son's football experience.
